TENS Machine - Rental

Stimulation from a TENS machine can bring great relief during contractions, and can be a wonderful addition to your pain relief "tool box". Rentals begin around 37 weeks and we appreciate product returns within 24-48 hours following your birth. Your rental includes the following:

* Elle TENS and Elle TENS+ units available
* Built in contraction timer

Birth Pool - Rental

Are you planning a home birth? A birth pool can be a wonderful addition to your birth environment. Water has the amazing ability to aid in pain management during labour, so much so that we Doulas refer to it as the "aqua-dural". Birth pool rentals are approximately 5 weeks in duration, and commonly begin around week 37 or 38. Return of the pool is appreciated within 24-48 hours following your birth.

  • 2 pool models available: Birth Pool in a Box and the AquaDoula

Benefits:

  • Comfort & relaxation

  • Decrease in pain and intensity during contractions

  • Continuous heat w/ no need to moderate temperature by hand - AquaDoula model only

  • Less likely to require pharmaceutical pain relief

  • Free delivery/pick-up in Peel & Halton

  • More positive birth experience!

$295 + HST

+ $150 refundable deposit. Deposit will be refunded once tub is returned in good condition
